Footprint Energy staff have high level experience in the preparation of environmental approval documentation for development projects such as the preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Management Plans.
Our staff and contractors are experienced and qualified in environmental science and environmental planning incorporating natural resource management, environmental impact assessment, project management, and, environmental and international law. Our experience covers the defence, mining, industrial, renewable energy and gas sectors, residential, and varying tiers of government, and private industry, in the Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory, and New South Wales.
Our staff are fully conversant with local, state and federal environmental legislation through experience working within regulatory environments.
Specifically, our staff have in-depth experience with the federal government’s Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). We prepare referral applications and hold strong relationships with departmental staff.
Our practical experience in planning and approvals at all tiers of government in the environmental socio-cultural aspects of development, provides our services in assisting with development applications, environmental impact documentation and securing all necessary approvals and permits. We also provide post approval documentation and guidance, such as assistance with and monitoring of conditions (of approval of permit), legislative compliance audits and site specific reviews.
Our staff have environmental science, ecology and environmental management qualifications and experience to successfully navigate the complex environmental requirements pertaining to environmental protection.
